Returns & Exchanges – Quick Guide

  • Exchanges/Returns: Within 10–14 days if not the right colour, length, or thickness

  • Condition: Must be unused, in original packaging, with hygiene seal intact

  • Check shade/length: You may remove from packaging but seal cannot be broken

  • Refunds: Store credit only (minus $20 handling & shipping fee)

  • Exchanges: Contact us first, include order details, return via tracked/insured post

  • No returns/exchanges if seal is broken or hair has been dyed/toned/bleached
